Tools of the Trade: Rocketbook

Pamela here, and I make a lot of handwritten notes. Both in my law practice and in my writing life, I am always jotting this, taking notes on that, musing about whatever, and doing Morning Pages. And then I have to figure out what to do with all those notes scribbled on Post-its, the backs of envelopes, Moleskines, spiral notebooks, and, well, you get it.

Since I primarily work remotely, it’s important that I have something that is:

  • Portable;
  • Eco friendly;
  • Scannable;
  • Economical;
  • Easy to replace if I need to.

That’s why I recently adopted Rocketbook Everlast as my (hopefully) last notebook. So far, I love it. All I had to do was:

  • Buy the Rocketbook;
  • Install the app on my iPhone;
  • Read the (very) short instructions;
  • And get started.

If you’re a scribbler (and there’s lots of reasons you should be), but tired of tearing apart notebooks to scan them or don’t really want to transcribe every single thing, then Rocketbook might be your new BFF. I know it’s mine.
